Speedy pups

Now five weeks old the pups prefer running to walking and are getting into mischief at every available opportunity. The weather has been cooler so they have been in the outside run where they are safe but have room to investigate and play. Taking photos is more difficult as they don't keep still and the second they see you the small herd of wrinklies is upon you demanding cuddles or tugging on shoe laces, clothing or whatever they can grab.

They are being wormed again and they weigh an average of 4.5 kgs so its no wonder I've got a back ache lol! I keep increasing their food thinking they can't possibly eat all that but they do, with gusto. They've also discovered the delights of Markies, fun for them and a chance for me to change bedding or newspaper as they are occupied for a few minutes. Cully enjoys clearing up the resulting snowstorm of crumbs too.

They've had lots of visitors over the past week which has been great for socialising them and nice for me too. Nuala (Granny) tells them they have a real treat in store as her original Mum, Jan, is coming to stay so they must be on their best behaviour and show her what good grandchildren they are. For those of you who don't know Nu personally her nickname is the Headmistress as she considers it her job to keep everyone in line, not just the Bonario gang but all dogs! It's done with firm but kind authority and amazingly usually works.

It doesn't seem possible that they will leave for their new homes soon, although they are hard work now they are a great bunch of hooligans and it is going to be hard to part with them.
Anyone still wishing to visit don't leave it too long!
